We are aware that there are several inflatable company's in town that deliver, setup, and monitor the inflatable, we are not one of those, here is how this works:

RESERVATION/PAYMENT:  You reserve your inflatable online, you send a "Check Availability" request, it comes to us, we check the reservations to see if it is available.  If it is available we confirm it by email and reserve it in your name, you then have 48 hours to complete the reservation online through PayPal using either your debit card, credit card, or PayPal account, YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE PAYPAL.  Upon our receipt of payment we will email back a confirmation of reservation on your date.  We are aware that there are company's in town that take a deposit and then the balance the day of the rental, we do not do this, our prices are already lower than most of the other company's deposits anyway.

PICK-UP/DROP-OFF:  We will meet at a centralized location for all rentals involved.  For example, on Saturdays generally we will meet at the Steak and Shake on Battlefield and 65 in Springfield at 9:00 am the morning of the rental, Sundays are different but we will discuss via email what works best, and there are options for meeting in Ozark as well, just ask.


PICK UP DETAILS:  These are subject to change...

Saturday Rentals | Pick Up - We will meet at the Steak and Shake on East Battlefield near PFI at 9:00 am., return will be Sunday at the Price Cutter in Ozark across from Lambert's at 10:00 am.

Sunday Rentals | Pick Up - We will meet at the Price Cutter in Ozark across from Lambert's at 10:00 am., return will be at the same place the following day at 9:00 am.

Monday - Friday Rentals | Pick Up - We will meet at the Steak and Shake on East Battlefield near PFI at 9:00 am., return will be at the same place the following day at 9:00 am.

CLEAN UP!  Please remember, there are many cases where I am taking the inflatable from you and giving it to the next renter, if you could be sure to sweep it out, and/or, let it dry out if it is a waterslide, that would be greatly appreciated, not only by me, but also the next renter.

SETUP:  These are very easy to set up, they roll out, there is a long tube that comes out to connect to the blower, in some cases there is a shorter tube that is an air release and needs to be tied off.  You velcro or tie the tube around the blower, turn the blower on and leave it on while the inflatable is in use.  You then stake the inflatable down with the stakes provided.

In case of waterslide rental you will then need to connect the hose coming off of the slide to your water hose and then turn your water hose on.

RETURN:  We will meet back at the same location the following day generally around the same time, this will be discussed at pick-up.  We ask that before you return it to us you make sure to sweep it out, or clean it up to ensure that the person that is getting it right after you does not have to deal with the mess you made.  Many times these are going straight from you to the next rental and we depend on you to make sure the inflatables are good to go.

If you rent a dry bounce house (not a waterslide) and return it wet or excessively dirty you will be invoiced a $25 cleaning fee.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?  If the forecast shows rain on the date of your rental, we would be more than happy to reschedule your rental to another date.  If you accept the inflatable, and it rains, there is no refund and no reschedule available.  If you accept the inflatable, that counts as your rental, if you would like to reschedule, please let us know before the rental date.
