The last 3 Shop and Skates have been scheduled.. March 25th Apirl 15th and May 4th are the final dates. the times of all of them will be 530-730 setup at 5pm and we have to be out on or before 8pm. We have changed up the Shop and Skate so please read the details and lets make these fun! March and April will be Easter Themed. Booths for 1 6ft table $25 and each vendor is REQUIRED to bring an Easter Basket to donate for fundraising. We will sell raffle tickets at the door for $1each they will walk the booths to enter their tickets into the drawing of their favorite baskets. Tickets will be counted at the end of the night and The Vendor with the most popular basket (by collected tickets) wins their choice of 2 hour DJ service ( trivia, OR dance OR karaoke Your choice approx $200 value) or $100 Gift Certificate for Inflatable bounce house rental or Free Booth Space to The Take up to $150 value. May 4th will be same details except with the Theme being Mothers Day with Baskets for Mothers. Every vendor is required to have a basket but there is no min or max on the size BUT the better the basket the more money you raise and the better chance you win the Vendor Basket Contest and you keep the entries Also a Picture of your Basket with details and value needs to be posted to the group by March 13th to help promote this event. We will be sharing all the baskets on facebook starting March 14th so get your ideas going because this will get your business name shared with your basket pictures. Lastly 2nd and 3rd place wins a Free T-Shirt ....so go for 1st PLACE!
